All our products are designed and made to order from sunny Socal, CA. Since we are a one woman show, everything is handcrafted and one of a kind; due to this nature, each item may look slightly different from each other. However, we will not send you anything that is defective. In addition, processing time takes 3-5 business days through USPS before shipping. All customers from the U.S. receives free shipping!

We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address. You must contact us after 3 days of receiving your package and initiate the return within 7 days of the date ordered. Contact designwithyourbff@gmail.com & include your order #. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Please take photos of the item you’d like to return front and back and your reason for returning.

 

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or defective. If you have any questions about our return and exchange policy, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help!

 

Items that cannot be returned for refund are items that are: Personalized/Customized/Hair Clips/Jewelry

 

Products that have been customized are considered 'final sale' and cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged. Please make sure to choose each option carefully as we cannot remake your order if a mistake has been made on your behalf.
